If you are going to make a demote request for someone on a server, actually try to get ingame evidence of them abusing their powers on that server. If you show ban requests on him in the past that weren't accepted, I don't think it should determine whether or not this player should be demoted.

I know that there is not any real evidence, but i still think he should get demoted because he is just not mature enough to be staff member. I do ofcourse know that this will not happen because as you said there is no evidence C:

EVERYONE KNOWS, that peter has been banned on all servers multiple times, and your not supposed to break rules on other servers as admin as that is against guidelines, he broke the guidelines wich is demotable your evidence? he has been banned multiple times and everyone knows it

Right now it is an unfair ban request.
