I'm not going to give him powers or unban him, it was a 1 week ban and he deserved it. By unbanning him or giving him powers I am essentially giving in to him, which I refuse to do because I know for a fact he will rub it in as he has done before.

EDIT: If he wants unbanning, let him make an unban request crocodile. And also if you guys don't understand what happened then don't get involved. Of course he is gonna tell you he was in the right, everyone would in his situation, however not everyone knows what actually happened and has happened in the past with him.

EDIT2: He is perfectly welcome to make another trusted application after his unbanning, and assuming he puts in enough effort and doesn't make it a troll application he still has a chance of getting trusted.

Dark, referring to your first edit, please tell me what has happened with me in the past because I don't know. Also could you tell me what I have "rubbed in" before?

I've seen many times where you call me on to get people banned that most of the time have broken maybe 1 rule and all that would be needed is a simple freeze. You also RDM a lot, if one person steps a foot inside your property you are extremely immature about it and make it a 1 second countdown, most likely just to boost your score. With the rubbing in thing, the other day when you started arguing with me and I just said I am not going to argue any more with you, you decided to say "Oh yeah don't say anything because you know I'll beat you in an argument."

Just so you know, before you made this I was considering talking it over with you, but you really pushed it too far. And with me apparently "punishing innocents", I saw three people stood around that tree, you were all purposely trying to get rid of every single one of their trees, even after you knew that they had called an admin. You all had the same tribe colour and I saw all three names above heads. It seems that this is your only so called "proof" against me, and its pathetic.

Actually Dark, despite what you think, I am trying to resolve this by finding out why I was demoted in the first place since you were immature about it and deleted me on Skype and steam so I couldn't contact you asking why. I don't RDM at all tyvm. If someone come into my land I will do a five second countdown, if they aren't out of the area then we kill them. If they run off then they are fine. Also you said you saw 3 people yet one person in our tribe was in our base when the incident happened. All you had to do was TP to them and see that but you wouldn't.
