Everything started when he killed a man while i was behind him. He started to tell me he was punching him, but i was behind him. He could have reported it to me, instead he just shot the man.
When i arrest him he starts arguing.

In this picture he says that he can just kill a man thats punching him when there is a SWAT unit behind him...
