Yes I kicked him twice because he refused to remove the propblocks he had. The window prop was blocking some guys house apparently.

However even though I did punish him I don't think there is enough proof in the thread. It simply shows him spawning props, not actually doing anything with them and we also have no proof those windows were somebodies home.
