Ban requests aren't always an option. Sometimes a minge comes in and goes on an RDM spree and leaves before anyone has the forethought to get their Steam ID. There are plenty of people that have come to the server and have done stuff that earn them a short ban (a few days, usually), but if we filed a ban request for every person that broke just enough rules to warrant a ban, the forum would be cluttered with menial requests.

On that note, I think more perma-bans should be dished out. Some people, even after several kicks or lengthy bans, continue to come in and ruin everyone's time on several different occasions. I'm not saying everyone who breaks X number of rules should get thrown out forever, like a "three strikes, you're out" system, but the admins should be able to use their better judgment to figure out who just doesn't belong in the server.
