Ive been thinking with all the abuse threads turning into arguements that go on and on that we should have a better way to deal with it.

I think if there is a ban request we should have a private group chat with admins and witness's excluding the accouser and accused and vote for who gets a ban or if both are at fault. If there is a tie then one of the leaders ex Chute, Jay decides the outcome. That way it's all fair instead of pointless arguements.
I have already purposed this to Chute and he says is a good idea.
