That account has already been, forum banned. He can't post.

I will just discuss a thing,
Forum ban does hardly anything.

People can still view the forums but just not log in on theyr main accounts.
So if they make an alt account they can just basically post again.

That's the point isn't it? There is no point in attempting to block someone from the website, as long as they aren't posting and breaking more rules. If Chute blocked banned users from viewing the forums then it would make it mandatory to login and view, which is unnecessary.


We have ways of viewing if a user has created an alternative account, and most of the time it isn't long before it is deleted again.
