Now after a chat with Chute we both agreed on a idea. When someone asks you to promote and you think they might be able to handle it you give them a trial. You promote them to mod/admin trier 1 for and tell them to put |trial *rank*| so like this.. |FP| John Doe |Trial Admin|

The reason for this is so admins and SA's can pay extra attention to their actions on the server. Who wants a abusing new mod who thinks he can do anything right?

sounds like a solid plan, but what i would do is start from scratch whipe it clean. cuz atm we have too many u just need a cupple admins mods etc.

We have used a similor style we had a admin tril day the 5 best admins got menites for the day we had to teach them everything we know some people abused dureing the day and they failed but 4 of them got there admin in the end. i was teaching gannsi(pasted) ,
siblin was teaching progamer(pasted), jaydix was teaching kycro(Failed) and thats all i remember about it

But i think this isnt the best method, cause if you look at all the other people from this day you can see that they are terrible at their job. The best one to prove that is Gannsi i think. Enough posts on this forum about him that show that he isnt really Mr. Nice guy. And that´s why this way of promotion fails, it´s to short.

To the promotion system here in the thread, yeah good idea.
But the trial time should be about a month, cause some people can hold the shit some days before they release it.
