There are no working planes in GTA IV.
Only the modells you see at the airport.

not planes but aircraft ive found the hidden car and hidden boat so there must be a a helicoptor

As far as I know there's only two helicopters in the entire game.
The standard one, and the military one.

the chopper that u get from the cheat is called the anihalator lol

Any1 been inside the statue of liberty?? theres a heart inside

take a chopper to the island and jump out when ur near the upper deck
then walk inside and shoot it lolol it blows blood everywhere
