First off hi im 14kepling from the build server. My first problem is with unstable mods. For example, i promoted this one guy (not saying his name) to valued player becouse he was building and not messing other people stuff while choas was all around him. Thing is, he became power hungry kept asking for promotions. Since he was a great builder i decided i'll level him off at Respected Player untill he can learn to controll his given powers. A few days later, he was promoted by an admin i dont know, and he is as power hungry and abusive as ever. Right now im trying to get him in controll like telling him his faults and temperaly demoting him to respected. This really shouldent be a big problem, but when you have TONS of unstable mods with powers they cant controll becomes annoyence. Please ask some of the reagular admins to teach mods how to controll their mod powers before promoting them, as i have my hands full with this one at the moment...

Hello and thank you for your concern ill be uploading the custom version that i made with the ranks of citrus to all gmod servers so that the right people are promoting and not just admins like yourself. This problem is solved....
