I think the biggest problem of all in this clan is discipline. We don't really do it. People get demoted, sure, but then generally they get their rank back soon after. We need to start taking more action for people's actions. We're letting people get away with murder (with admin weapons, of course)!

This is not necessary. Yes, Poison had an attitude problem, but you know what? I gave him a chance and I hated the guy. But he's not that bad. I think if Poison just acted nicer in general, he'd be fine.
