I can't remember a point in time when the server, I assume you are talking about RP or jailbreak, wasn't full of minges, or at least didn't have at least one. If you are referring to early TTT I suppose I wouldn't know, because I only hopped on it once or twice at that point in time due to being an RP junkie.
RP used to be 60/60 at all times,
TTT used to be 20 at all times
Jailbreak no clue, but atleast 10 most of the times
