Why do you want the vortigaunt whitelist? : Because I have never been a vortigaunt. Ever, and I think it will be fun.
What do you do as an enslaved vortigaunt? : As an Enslaved Biotic, you are a slave to the Combine, you listen to there orders, clean the Nexus, Clean/Scrub streets, Slave stuff.
What do you do as a Free vortigaunt? :
I would help Resistance and fight against the Combine with U'gak Blar'k, and his Prodigy,(I forgot his name), and learn the ways of the Vortessence.
Write a backstory for your vortigaunt (The more you write the better) :
Through the skulking, soggy and muddy sewers of City 17 dwell few vortigaunts, exiled from infinite peace and in hiding from the oppressive Combine. Although these creatures only seek to aid the friendly refugees and citizens seeking retribution on Combine, they are also very cautious and shy.
Although this is different to N'arn Yur'k, a young vortigaunt in his age, skulking around outside the industrial sector of City 17. At one point, close friends of his told him of the possibilities in the inner city, and they set up a route to City 17. At this point, N'arn Yur'k arrived at the skulky outskirts of the sewers, and managed to find other vortigaunts to dwell with. The hard life struggling for freedom begins.
Sewer water, dripping all over the place, a buzzing sound and echoes are all N'arn Yur'k could hear down there.
Now, alone and cold in the sewers, this vortigaunt must now seek refuge in the nearest camp, and assist with whatever the refugees may require or demand. The vortigaunt did not arrive close enough to the center though, and he was forced to carry on by himself through the murky outskirts of City 17.

After hours of walking, encountering wild headcrabs and smaller creatures, N'arn Yur'k sat down to rest in a neat corner in the skulky sewers. Having a diet of headcrabs, he could easily supply himself with provision and regain his strength.

His contact with the vortessence was not flawless, but it was not inferior either. At one point, the lonely vortigaunt, lost in thought, came upon a lost refugee. The refugee was out of water, and was beginning to become dehydrated. Due to the dangerous gasses, the refugee was also sweating because of his stolen, but heavy industrial uniform.

N'arn Yur'k stood at him, staring. He immediatly delved into a small pouch he had brought with it, and took out a bottle of clean water, handing it to him. At this point, the refugee began to regain his energy, enabling his ability to talk properly. The refugee knew a way closer into the sewers, near the heart of City 17. As N'arn Yur'k had fellow vortigaunts there, he accepted the offer and began traveling with his new human friend, eventually making it closer to the core of the industrial district...

A big Dropship is flying right above them
Vortigaunt Elder Says in Vortigeese: We need to hide N'arn Yur'k!
N'arn Yur'k Says in Votigeese: Elder needs to come with me Quickly.
*N'arn Yur'k Leads his Elder into a Cave
They make it into the Cave but one CMD Unit notices them running into it.
N'arn Yur'k Says in Vortigeese: We will be safe here.
CMD Unit #302 Says: They went into that Cave.
CMD Unit #623 Says: Copy that,All units move in.
The Dropship Lands and deploys Three CMD Units that head into the Cave.
The Dropship Flys Away
N'arn Yur'k Whispers in Vortigeese: They are going into the Cave
Two vortigaunts come from inside of the cave and use their Charged electrical attack on the CMD Units
The Three CMD Units get killed by the Beam.
The Vortigaunt Elder uses his Charged electrical attack on the last unit.
N'arn Yur'k Says in Vortigeese: Thank you.
The Two Vortigaunts nod and head back into the cave

Shows good effort. A few things could be improved upon, and you forgot to answer what you would do as a freed vortigaunt, but I'm gonna +Support anyways
