I feel bad when an incident happens and no admins are on. I'm on pretty often and I feel that I could bring some change to the server.

That right there says 54.71 hours. Kind of short of 3 weeks by quite a bit. Honestly, based off of the application, you seem nice enough. However, ~55 hours, as of writing, seems awfully short. Your "Why You?" is quite short too, although I suppose if your behavior on the server is good it shouldn't matter, assuming the people who make the decisions aren't brain dead and or actually play.
