5. Do not raid allies, do not base or raid with the enemy gangs!

This rank is second in charge that can freely host meeting if the owners not here they can promote and accept people on the forums and can make decision's for the gang!

This rank gives you officer rank highly trusted member with alot of respect, If no higher rank is online you are in charge!

You are a trusted member in the gang and has gained some respect of everybody in the gang!
