Why you deserve a promotion: Like many staff members who started out as Members, I've found it understandably difficult to do my duty effectively (Currently, I just freeze them on the spot, then discuss their crime over a PM conversation), and would find it significantly easier to basically discuss the problem with both the offender and the victim, teleporting them both to me. I don't need a million words to explain my current standing, because it's not necessary. As long as you're picking up what I'm putting down, you will make your decision.
