How long have you had this position: 3 weeks

Why you deserve a promotion:
I'm active when I can be and that is weekends due to timezone difference and personal matters. However the timezone difference is great to catch those early/late night rulebreakers while other staff members are sleeping, There are ban requests that I could tend to earlier then the sleeping staff members. Whenever I'm on steam, it means I'm there and if need be can come on to deal with the rulebreakrs. Friendly to all players and hold no grudges to anyone, even if they do break rules. Using the kick command doesn't stop the offender rejoning and breaking a various amount of rules.
