How do i add an attachment- I know how, but it always says "Attachment (something here) was not found."

First of all, I use the specific end attachments.

<li>tgz</li>
<li>tar.bz2</li>

Second of all, I tried to use the attachment before, but always failed. Please help me.

Just letting you know, the .bz2 is a file that has been compressed, usually used to improve downloading from servers.

I don't see anyone using all those attachment formats, usually its only pictures.
