Demote all and let the leaders decide who get rights and who not.

A good list of a few things

*Adding new groups
*Populating all the servers
*All ranks be looked at and demote the right people.
*New way of getting mod/admin, appointing members (me) to write up rules and
ranking system for example making a mysql database of peoples steamid's. so basically it can be added via website or in-game by leaders/members who have access.
*Looking for abusers and reporting them here not to other members.

I say WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY less mods the amount of admins is good so their is someone their to watch the server and the mods. If their is 200 mods then it is overwelming. Seeing that it was over 100 mods vs 18 admins. It was hard 4 admins to watch mods seeing about 6 were on when seerver was full! I say the same amount of admins but maybe 20 or 30 mods 40 at max.

I say we test some mods and if they fail then they are demoted.
